New OEM Engine Block for 07.5-18 6.7L Cummins

New OEM 6.7L Cummins Engine Block — Stage 0 through Stage 3 Machining Options

Sourced from a trusted OEM supplier and finish-machined in-house at Power Driven Diesel in Cedar City, UT using modern Rottler CNC equipment. Available in four machining stages to match your build level — from a budget stock rebuild to an all-out 1,800 HP competition engine. No core required, no return shipping hassle. Also fits 2019–2024 models when paired with retrofitted components.

Stage Options

  • Stage 0 — As-Cast Block ($2,310): Raw OEM block in mass-machined form. Ideal for budget rebuilds or stock applications. Builder should verify all clearances. Deck surface meets Cummins spec; finer finish (40 Ra or better) recommended for MLS head gaskets.
  • Stage 1 — Up to 500 HP ($2,730): CNC surfaced to 30 Ra deck finish. Precise piston-to-wall and main bearing clearance checks by PDD. Ready to clean and assemble.
  • Stage 2 — Up to 1,200 HP ($3,250): CNC machined 14mm mains with grade 12.9 socket cap hardware (12% higher main clamp load vs. 12mm studs, 44% more than factory hardware). CNC torque-plate extreme plateau diamond honed with enhanced valley depth crosshatching. 0.002" additional piston-to-wall clearance. 30 Ra deck surface. Ready for builder to clean and assemble.
  • Stage 3 — Up to 1,800 HP ($3,520): CNC machined 14mm head stud holes and 14mm mains with grade 12.9 socket cap hardware. CNC torque-plate extreme plateau diamond honed with enhanced valley depth crosshatching. 0.004" additional piston-to-wall clearance. All-out performance spec.
